I’m Maddie, a certified Crystal Dreaming practitioner and instructor,

former paramedic, lifelong spiritual seeker, guide and founder.

I’ve walked through the fires of trauma, transition, grief, joy, and transformation.

What you see here is not built from theory—it’s built from truth.

A truth I’ve had to learn, live, lose, remember, and reclaim.

Over the decades, I’ve integrated teachings from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda,

metaphysics, energy work, Christian mysticism, and Hermetic principles,

weaving them into a holistic and compassionate practice

that honors both the physical and the energetic.

I believe healing is sacred. Energy is real.

And we are all here to awaken light within —
